Ingredients

__Veggies of your choice, as much as you want
__Leafy Greens of your choice, handful
__Base of your choice (rice, potatoes, noodles, quinoa)
__Vegetable broth, 4 spoonfuls
__Garlic powder, medium layer
__Ground or Fresh Ginger, medium layer or 1/2 inch chunk, chopped
__Cayenne pepper (if you want spicy), light layer
__Soy Sauce, medium layer
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Cook rice and chop veggies
Step 2
Cook all veggies except leafy greens on medium low with a little bit of veg broth, water, or oil
Step 3
Mix seasonings into veggies
Step 4
Cover veggies (if you want them softer) and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
Step 5
Add seasonings and turn heat down if simmering too much
Step 6
Add chopped or ripped leafy greens and soy sauce
Step 7
Cook until greens are wilted
Step 8
Add cooked rice to pan with veggies (or plate the rice and put veggies on top). Add a light layer of each seasoning again
Step 9
Let sit for 2 minutes
