__Medjool dates, as many as you want
__Natural Peanut Butter, grab the jar
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Using the tip of a small knife, make a small slit in each date. Remove pits and "caps" if not already pitted.
Step 2
Using the slit you just made, fill each date with a little peanut butter & lay on a plate or in a container
Step 3
Let dates set/cool in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or just eat them right away!
