__Potatoes, Rice, Pasta, or any other grain of your choice (for the base)
__Vegetables (whatever you want, no combo is "weird")
__Spices, sauces, and seasonings (any combination)
My some of favorite combos:
__Rice + veggies + garlic powder + ginger + soy sauce
__Pasta + veggies + garlic powder + basil + thyme + oregano
__Potatoes + veggies + garlic powder + cumin + smoked paprika
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Cook your base of choice
Step 2
Roast veggies at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 15 - 20 minutes
OR
Saute with a little vegetable broth on medium low heat for 15-20 minutes
OR
Steam for 7 to 10 minutes (if steaming potatoes, about 15 minutes)
