__Whole grain quick oats, 1/2 cup
__Water, 3/4 cup
__Peanut Butter, 1 heaping spoonful
__Banana, 1 sliced and/or mashed
__Maple syrup or Honey, 2 spoonfuls
__Chia seeds, 1 spoonful
__Ground Cinnamon, light layer
__Pumpkin Spice Blend, light layer
__Fruit of your choice (I like berries, apples or pomegrantes)
Optional Add-ins
__Dates, 2-3, chopped
__Hemp seeds, 1 spoonful
__Walnuts, 2-3, crushed
__Vanilla powder, light layer
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Combine oats and water in a bowl
Step 2
Microwave for 2 minutes
Step 3
Add peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and banana
Step 4
Stir
Step 5
Add seeds and spices
Step 6
Stirr
Step 7
Add any other fruit of your choice to the top.
