Overnight Oats (WFPB)

Ingredients

__Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup

__Chia seeds, 1 spoonful or 1 light layer

__Cinnamon, medium layer

__Vanilla powder, medium layer

__Dates, 3 chopped without pits

__Maple syrup, 1 spoonful

__Plant milk of your choice, about 1/2 - 3/4 cup or enough to cover oats, nuts and seeds



Plantiful Add-ins

__Fruit(s) of your choice, fresh or frozen, chopped and mixed in or put on top, about 1/2 cup

__Pumpkin seeds, 1 spoonful or 1 layer

__Hemp seeds, 1 spoonful or 1 layer

__Ground Flaxseeds, 1 spoonful or 1 layer

__Walnuts, chopped or crushed, 1 small handful

__Almonds, chopped or crushed, 1 small handful

__Nut butter of your choice, 1 spoonful

__Cocoa powder, 1 spoonful

__Indian gooseberry/ Amla powder, 1/4 spoonful

__Dairy free yogurt of your choice, 1 spoonful

__Granola, 1 layer, either mixed in or on top

Measurement Key:

Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)

Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)

Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)

How To

Step 1

Add Oats to a single serve container


Step 2

Add all other dry ingredients & stir


Step 3

Add wet ingredients & stir


Step 4

Seal container & put in fridge to sit overnight or for at least 5 hours. 


Step 5

Simply pull from the fridge and enjoy! You can heat it up if you want but its not necessary at all. Best if eaten within 2-3 days!
