__Bread of your choice, 2 slices or 1 bun
__Hummus, 1-2 spoonfuls
__Veggies of your choice (pictured: sprouts, tomato & cucumber)
__Avocado, a few slices/pieces
Optional add-ins:
__Balsamic Vinegar, light drizzle
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Toast the bun (if you want it toasted)
Step 2
Spread hummus onto bread
Step 3
Add veggies and avocado
Step 4
Lightly drizzle balsamic vinegar if you have some
Step 5
Close sandwich and enjoy!
