Ingredients

__Whole wheat flour, 2 cups
__Cinnamon, light or medium layer (depending on your preference)
__Vanilla powder or extract, 1-2 spoonfuls
__Baking powder, 1.5 spoonfuls
__Plant milk, 2 cups
__Apple sauce, 1/3 cup
__Maple Syrup, 1/4 - 1/3 cup
Other Add-ins
__Banana(s), mashed or chopped
__Berries
__Peanut Butter
__Pumpkin Spice
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder. Stirr
Step 2
In another bowl, combine plant milk, applesauce, and maple syrup. Stirr
Step 3
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Stirr
Step 4
Let sit for 3-5 minutes
Step 5
Scoop batter onto pan or flat top on medium low heat
Step 6
Flip pancake when you see a bunch of bubbles on the top (check by lifting edge of pancake to make sure its ready)
Step 7
Cook the other side thoroughly & top with add-ins of your choice
