So you know you want to eat more plants and less animals + highly processed foods, but what does that look like on a daily basis?
How do you eat whole food plant based all day, everyday?
How do you do that without stressing about food?
I got you!
& I promise it is much simpler than you're thinking right now!
Before I share these meal ideas, I want to be clear:
This is not a meal plan nor weight loss plan. I am not saying that you should eat exactly this.
(I have been hesitant about posting this because I am not trying to tell you what to eat)
But, I remember not knowing where to begin when trying to eat more whole food plant based throughout the entire day. It can be overwhelming to think about at first, so I want to help ease your mind.
I hope you can just use this as a guide as you begin/ continue along your plant focused journey :)
Please let me remind you: diets don't work!
So in order to make this an overall, lasting lifestyle change:
Meet yourself where you are at
Have compassion for yourself and your choices
Just keep practicing, this is not a performance, this is your life!
Focus on what you ARE eating instead of what you are NOT. In other words, focus on the plants and the rest will slowly but surely get crowded out.
