Preventing UTIs with Food (Read with WFPB Me)

Updated: Feb 6, 2024

Where do bladder infections come from?

Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) affect more than 10 million women of all ages in The United States at the cost of about $1 Billion EACH YEAR! (Men get them too, just not as often)

Some people only get 1-2 in their lifetime, while other's can get them as often as 3-5 times every year.

How do you prevent Urinary Tract Infections other than the timeless practice of peeing after sex?

What else could be causing your UTIs? What does chicken have to do with it?

Check out this video of me reading from How Not To Die by Michael Greger, M.D., F.A.C.L.M. to learn how we get and how to prevent Urinary Tract Infections!

I hope this helps!
